Product Manager

The Product Management team in Sky Media is responsible for our industry-leading TV advertising products such as AdSmart and VOD, as well as our client-facing planning and reporting portal Sky Analytics). We define and deliver upon a roadmap of developments and enhancements, driving the development of new features, improving performance and maximising revenue from our products.

What you'll do:

- Working with partners to define and deliver the Product vision and strategic plan
- Defining and managing the delivery of the product roadmap, including working with internal and external partners to identify new opportunities
- Developing our product, creating cases and business requirements.
- Working with development teams, and third parties where relevant, to deliver new features to market.
- Managing the product enhancement, prioritisation and change request process to ensure we deliver the right features in the right order.
- Monitoring both product and commercial performance, identifying and implementing improvements where required.

What you'll bring:

- A positive and collaborative approach with the ability to drive cross-functional teams
- Demonstrable ability to manage complex projects and problems whilst inspiring change, successfully winning consensus from internal and external partners and management
- Prior experience in successfully managing and delivering a product roadmap; driving commercial, system and operational process changes ideally with experience in one or more of the following areas: Media or advertising environment, Delivering customer facing, self service platforms and Delivering optimisation products
- The ability to think on your feet and be a product champion, solve problems and drive innovation
- Strong numerical skills with good commercial competence and the ability to create convincing arguments
- Strong written and verbal skills including the capacity to simply articulate complex problems
