Legal Secretary

In this role your previous experience will be incredibly important, in addition to the below attributes and skills you also possess;
- File administration management - including opening/closing files, assisting with the preparation of billing guides and general filing (both electronic and hard copy)
- Dictation and document preparation/amendment
- Lodgment of Court documents through various online Court portals
- Conducting searches through InfoTrack and Landgate
- Liaising with clients on behalf of your fee earners
- Assistance with administrative tasks
- Assist the other secretaries in the team as required
- Have a minimum of 3 years' experience working in a similar role within litigation and/or commercial law
- Have a sound understanding of legal and Court document preparation and processes across all jurisdictions
- Have a demonstrated ability working in a fast-paced environment with exceptional time management skills
- Have a high level of attention to detail, accuracy and confidentiality
- Have excellent written and oral communication skills
- Have advanced Microsoft Office 365 skills
- Have well versed skills/experience with Filepro
- Be an engaged team player who enjoys a challenge
