We're seeking a legal secretary with a minimum of 4 years' experience to work with the commercial & litigation team of our client. In this role you will find yourself working for directors, a special counsel and a senior associate, within a highly regarded commercial and litigation practice.

Duties will include but not be limited to;
- File management - opening/closing files and electronic and hard copy filing
- Preparation of a range of legal documents
- Dictation and document amendment
- Online lodgements through various online portals
- Monthly billing and reporting
- Assisting with administrative tasks
- General secretarial support
- Be friendly and easy going and work well in a team environment
- Be proactive and able to work unsupervised
- Be able to work under tight deadlines when required
- Have excellent grammar, spelling and attention to detail
- Have a fast and accurate typing speed
- Must be highly knowledgeable of legal citation rules, legal library systems, and various court systems' rules and filing requirements
- Have proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite
- Have experience using document management and billing/time recording systems
