Search Infrastructure Engineer
We are looking for a skilled Search Infrastructure Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering organization, you will play a critical role in designing and building scalable search systems that enable effortless extraction of insights from customer data.
You will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify technical challenges and develop solutions that meet the needs of our customers. Your expertise in search technologies such as Elasticsearch, Solr, or vector databases will be instrumental in architecting search infrastructure that meets the high standards of our organization.
In addition to your technical skills, you will also have excellent communication skills to convey complex search architectures and articulate query performance vs. relevance tradeoffs.

About this Role:
Design and implement advanced search systems
using technologies like Elasticsearch, Solr, or vector databases.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams

in search technologies and architecture to ensure scalability and performance of search systems.
Requirements:
Extensive experience
building search systems and managing complex search infrastructure.
Excellent communication skills
to convey complex search architectures and articulate query performance vs. relevance tradeoffs.
Experience with
search technologies such as Elasticsearch, Solr, or vector databases.
Ability to teach others
and mentor junior team members to learn search best practices and improve decision-making around search architecture.
