Advanced Search Infrastructure Designer

We are seeking an experienced Search Architect to lead our mission in redefining the connected customer experience.
Job Description:Design and implement advanced search systems, architecting scalable indexing pipelines, query understanding systems, and relevance tuning mechanisms. This role involves driving innovation and creating a seamless search experience for customers.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Extensive experience building search systems, designing and implementing search infrastructure using technologies like Elasticsearch, Solr, or vector databases.
- Excellent communication skills, able to convey complex search architectures with product teams and articulate query performance vs. relevance tradeoffs.
- Experience managing complex search infrastructure, designing and delivering complex search features, optimizing indexing pipelines, and providing reasonable performance estimates.
