Search Architect Role

We're seeking an experienced Search Architect to build and scale world-class conversational search features. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on powerful search systems while ensuring simplicity for customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guiding teams in executing projects and identifying architectural improvements to our search infrastructure.
  • Playing a key role in defining and communicating our search technology strategy.
  • Collaborating with engineering teams, defining, and communicating our search technology strategy.
  • Identifying, prioritizing, and solving systemic technical challenges.
  • Designing and implementing advanced search systems.
  • Advocating for and maintaining engineering quality.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience building search systems.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience managing complex search infrastructure.
  • Experience teaching others.
  • A pragmatic and flexible approach to solving problems.
