FP&A Role Overview
This is a unique opportunity for an ambitious professional to shape and build the Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) function within a prestigious professional services firm. The successful candidate will have the chance to make their mark by enhancing reporting, budgeting, and Business Intelligence (BI) tools.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver weekly and monthly reporting packs to stakeholders
Own budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes
Work closely with divisional leaders on performance evaluation
Identify and execute revenue-generating and cost-reduction initiatives
Assess current FP&A landscape and processes
Requirements:
CA/CPA/CIMA qualified or equivalent with 3-5 years of experience in FP&A or business partnering
Professional services experience preferred
Digitally literate with hands-on exposure to reporting, budgeting, and BI platforms
Strong communication and presentation skills
