Fp&A Manager Job Post

A leading business is seeking an experienced FP&A professional to provide analysis and insight to drive financial growth.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Work with stakeholders to identify opportunities for operational improvement through cost efficiency, productivity, and business process optimisation.
  • Analyse opportunities for business expansion including risk assessment, strategy alignment, capital expenditure requirements, and organisational capability.
  • Support Financial Due Diligence and post-transaction integration projects for M&A deliveries.
  • Oversee annual budget compilation.
  • Provide decision support on Capital Expenditure and Operating Expenditure proposals.
  • Assist in Corporate Planning and forecasting, reporting actual vs forecast performance, and identifying variance mitigation strategies.
  • Provide financial modelling support as required.
  • Offer commercial advice and contribute to strategic decision-making.
  • Review financial and commercial terms of agreements with customers and suppliers to ensure alignment with the strategic plan and policy requirements.
  • Support pricing and product packaging strategy to maximise profit from pricing for ancillary fees, new product commercialisation, M&A product integration, and customer tenders.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive Pricing strategy.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong skills in financial forecasting and complex Microsoft Excel use.
  • Ability to analyse and communicate financial information effectively.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills for interactions with senior executives.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Experience working in an FP&A/Decision Support capacity.
  • Pricing experience is essential.
  • M&A experience is highly desirable.
