Troocoo are currently an experienced Commercial Lead resource for our Defence client in Canberra locations.
You will have:
Previous Defence experience.
Provide advice on procurement planning, tendering, and contract formation while ensuring compliance with legislation and policy.
Draft, review, and advise on complex contracting correspondence, reports, and submissions.
Mentor colleagues on technical and commercial risk principles and Defence performance frameworks.
Apply risk and performance management frameworks to procurement and contracting activities.
Collaborate with stakeholders to develop strategies for complex contracting issues.
Evaluate risks and design mitigation strategies to ensure contract performance and compliance.
Develop and implement innovative solutions to complex procurement challenges.
Provide expertise to support contract negotiations.
Develop ODIA and negotiation strategies to achieve Defence procurement outcomes.
