We're seeking a dynamic and experiencedMarketing Managerto lead the coordination, production, and management of marketing initiatives across the company. In this hands-on role, you'll work closely with all areas of the business to execute strategic marketing plans and ensure consistent, high-quality output that aligns with our brand and goals.

This role is ideal for someone with a genuine passion for both real estate and marketing, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and stays ahead of market trends with creative, adaptable thinking.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies for both the Canberra Commercial/Canberra Strata brands
• Manage and grow our corporate social media presence (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
• Taking our brand from "template" to "talked about"
• Plan, design, and deliver targeted email and print marketing campaigns that stand out, not blend in
• Building sharp agent profiles, launch campaigns, and marketing materials
• Owning the creative process from start to finish — from Canva to concept
• Ensure brand consistency across all platforms and materials
• Coordinate and collaborate with external suppliers and creative partners
• Oversee marketing collateral for new team members
• Support the Asset Management team with marketing materials and leasing content
• Support our Strata business team with marketing material and submissions
• Contribute to website updates, SEO, maintenance, and ongoing improvements
• Provide ad hoc administrative support to directors, management, and the wider team
• Managing external suppliers and staying three steps ahead of deadlines

About You

• You've worked in real estate marketing before
• You've got a sharp eye for design and storytelling — and love both
• You speak fluent Canva and Adobe (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
• The ideal candidate will hold formal qualifications in marketing and communications with a commitment to continuous learning
• Solid understanding of key social media platforms
• It is essential you have initiative and take pride in and ownership of this role
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
• Creative mindset with the ability to adapt strategies in a dynamic market
• You care about branding, not just "getting it done"
