**The Organisation**

Our client is a full-service wealth management business, is seeking an experienced and motivated Adviser Services Officer to join their team. In this role, you will report to the National Adviser Services Manager and play a key role in developing the relationship between the Wealth Distribution team and the Administration team.

**The Role**

The role will be solutions focused and pivotal in ensuring the organisation maintains a high standard of adviser support and service. There are no outbound distribution activities required of this role.

**Responsibilities**:

- Liaise with Administration staff to ensure timely service and resolution of inbound enquiries from advisers
- Responsible for initial platform training for new advisers and their support staff
- Assist in the implementation of project work driven by the National Adviser Services Manager
- Create processes and training guides with guidance from National Adviser Services Manager
- Provide input into product and marketing ideas with the Distribution Team

**About You**
- RG146 qualification would be desirable
- Additional relevant post-graduate qualifications would be advantageous
- Ability to plan and organise work to meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A high standard of accuracy and presentation
- Proactive client service skills
- Ability to learn new platform technology quickly
- Self-starter attitude and ability to work independently
