Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality people advice and coaching across the employee lifecycle.
- Support the Team Leader in monitoring service requests, balancing workloads, and contributing to improvements in processes and services.
- Develop and maintain systems and operational support for centralised initiatives.
- Interpret and advise on policies and procedures.
- Coordinate organisation-wide processes such as Rewards and Promotions.
The People Advisory team delivers high-quality advice in managing people-related issues and queries across the employee lifecycle.
