**The Role**

**You must identify as a First Nations person to be eligible for this role.**

In this role you will lead all commercial production activity within NITV. To support the beyond 3% initiative. You will supervise the production of all brand-funded, sponsored, and brand integrated content for NITV.

This position's major focus will be working on the exciting NITV Internal Productions slate, although there are occasions throughout the engagement you will be asked to work on other projects.

You will also:

- Explore innovative ways with SBS Media to monetize NITV's content through branded content, sponsorship deals, and other commercial initiatives, while ensuring alignment with the network's values and audience interests.
- Lead the development and presentation of compelling pitches to SBS Culture Connect Team, and potential partners, leveraging NITV's unique brand and audience demographics to secure profitable partnerships and sponsorship opportunities.
- Work closely with the SBS Media team to develop and manage budgets for commercial integration projects, ensuring cost-effectiveness and maximizing revenue potential while maintaining production quality and editorial integrity.
- Produce content to budget and on time '" completing call sheets, production manuals, scripts, and production schedules.

**About you**

This role requires a creative and collaborative individual with a passion for Indigenous storytelling and a track record of delivering compelling content for television and online platforms.

Ideally, you will also have:

- A demonstrated ability to lead the ideation, researching and production of sponsored and integrated content - to air and/or online platforms.
- Experience on production in regional and remote areas with tight knit smallish production teams will be considered a massive advantage.
- The ability to brief, lead and oversee creation of content/edits from multiple sources, and deliver to on air, on demand, and social media platforms.
- The ability to convey production ideas and concepts in a clear and concise fashion.
- Experience dealing with external stakeholders, ideally in the production fields.
