Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and curate high-quality event agendas, incorporating timely and relevant content.
  • Conduct thorough market research on industry trends and generate valuable insights for conference themes and discussion topics.
  • Identify and secure senior-level speakers, thought leaders, and industry experts to enhance event quality.
  • Collaborate with sponsors and internal teams to align content with commercial objectives and drive results.
  • Manage project timelines and oversee event production to ensure seamless execution.
  • Attend and oversee events, guaranteeing a superior experience for speakers and attendees.

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Deliver a minimum of 4 high-impact executive events annually, meeting or exceeding expectations.
  • Secure C-Suite speakers for each event within set timelines, demonstrating expertise and professionalism.
  • Utilise research on content relevance and event execution to drive continuous improvement.
