Sydney, New South Wales, Australia Mamamia Full time

Are you a creative and strategic thinker with a passion for storytelling and a knack for managing high-profile guests? Mamamia is looking for an Executive Producer for two of our chart-topping shows, No Filter and True Crime Conversations. As the Executive Producer, you will own the end-to-end pre and post-production process and craft stories that resonate across the network while driving commercial success.

If you're a natural storyteller with exceptional project management skills and a deep understanding of podcast audience engagement, we want you to help us elevate the show's reputation and deliver powerful narratives that inspire, inform, and entertain.

**What we're looking for.**
- ** Production Management**: Oversee the end to end production process for No Filter and TCC podcasts, ensuring quality and consistency.
- ** Guest Acquisition**: Secure diverse high-profile guests and manage guest relationships effectively.
- ** Scripting and Creative Development**: Refine interview angles, implement cross-promotion opportunities, and utilise show's back catalogue.
- ** Performance & Quarterly Reviews**: Monitor show performance, analyse audience engagement, and provide insights for improvement.
- ** Talent Management**:Provide hosts with feedback, conduct airchecks, and manage talent relationships.
- ** Commercial Oversight**: Ensure sponsorship alignment, monitor compliance, and collaborate with the sales team.
- ** Workflow Optimization**: Refine production workflows and optimise marketing opportunities.
- ** Relationship Management**: Leverage industry contacts and maintain positive relationships with guests and sponsors.

**Now, a bit about you.**
- Minimum one years experience in a similar role (as an Executive Producer)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong audio editing skills (Adobe Audition preferred)
- Experience promoting podcasts through owned and earned media
- Strong project management and organisational skills
- A team player who takes ownership of responsibilities, communicates effectively and gives and receives feedback with honesty, respect, curiosity, and openness.
- Ability to prioritise the needs and perspectives of our audience and commercial partners in decision-making and problem-solving
- Demonstrated ability to adapt a measured approach and drive process improvement initiatives and solve problems creatively in a fast-paced environment.

**Life at Mamamia.**

We're fast-paced, innovative, and deeply collaborative. Mamamia feels small enough that you can create real and tangible change, but has the structure to support your ideas with experienced and industry-leading teams, and deliver them to an audience of millions of women every month.

We have a startup spirit within a scaled-up business structure and we're incredibly proud of the culture and community we've created. Our team is inclusive, passionate, and fun (..although apparently, not very modest about it); many lifelong friendships and connections have been forged in Mamamia HQ.

But enough about us, let's talk about how we can help you. At Mamamia, we want to support all of our staff in kicking as many career goals as possible so that's why we'll support you in getting involved in the things you're actually interested in. Think you might want to broaden your scope? Get exposure to another team in the business? Try something new and develop your skills? We'll help you make it happen and cheer you on the whole way.

On top of all that, Mamamia also offers:

- Flexible working conditions
- The opportunity to celebrate your birthday and ongoing dedication with additional leave days
- Paid parental leave
- Paid volunteer leave to get involved with our charity partners
- The opportunity to work for a purpose-driven company and help us make the world a better place for women and girls.
