About the Role

Factor is seeking a highly motivated Executive Conference Producer to lead the end-to-end development of high-impact executive events across Australia and Singapore. This role is pivotal in ensuring our conferences and summits deliver real value to senior business leaders while maintaining the highest standards of content curation, speaker engagement, and event execution.

You will be responsible for market research, content development, securing top-tier speakers, and project managing events from concept to delivery. Working closely with internal teams, stakeholders, and sponsors, you will drive the success of Factor's event portfolio by ensuring each conference is timely, insightful, and aligned with industry priorities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conference Production – Develop high-quality event agendas, curate timely and relevant content, and oversee the planning and execution of conferences across Australia and Singapore.
  • Market Research & Insight Generation – Conduct in-depth research on industry trends, emerging challenges, and executive priorities to shape conference themes and discussion topics.
  • Speaker Acquisition – Identify, engage, and secure senior-level speakers, thought leaders, and industry experts to ensure high-value content for attendees.
  • Stakeholder & Sponsor Collaboration – Work with sponsors and internal teams to align content with commercial objectives while maintaining integrity and quality.
  • Project & Timeline Management – Oversee the end-to-end production process, ensuring deadlines are met and events are executed flawlessly.
  • On-Site Event Management – Attend and oversee events, ensuring a seamless experience for speakers and attendees.
  • Post-Event Analysis & Continuous Improvement – Gather feedback and insights to refine and enhance future events.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Deliver a minimum of 4 high-impact executive events annually.
  • Secure C-Suite speakers for each event within set timelines.
  • Utilise Factor research on content relevance and event execution.
  • Maintain strong industry relationships, securing repeat speakers and partners.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, particularly when engaging with senior executives.
  • A keen eye for detail, organisation, and time management.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a passion for delivering high-quality events.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred.
