**The role**
As a Dealer Performance Consultant, you will need to bring a thorough understanding of Dealer Management Systems (DMS) and be tech savvy to deliver exceptional in-dealership consulting activities to dealer customers around Australia. Working closely with clients, this role strives to understand their service business practices and design new approaches via the Xtime platform that delivers unparalleled service outcomes.
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide customer relationship management as primary point of contact during all implementation phases of Xtime's products
- Conduct in-dealership consultative efforts to ensure Xtime products are configured to customer processes
- Assist in the training of various functionality afforded to dealer partners
- Deliver instructor led web based training
- Provide L2/L3 technical support to our dealer partners
- Provide accurate customer status reports
- Act as an enterprise customer and dealership advocate within Xtime
**Skills & Experience**:
- At least 3 years of experience with an Automotive Manufacturer, dealer group, and/or dealership software vendor
- Comprehensive aftersales service and fixed operations understanding of Dealership processes
- At least 1 year working directly with dealerships; preferably in an appointment taking, service advisor, dealership technology
- Working knowledge of one or more DMS systems
- Ability to travel approximately 75% of the time
- Ability and eagerness to learn complex technology and basic understanding of web-based systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Critical thinking and problem solving skills
- Strong organisation skills and ability to work autonomously
