About The RoleBased at our Gold Coast HQ, our Channel & Trade Marketing Manager will drive promotional execution and retail activation while ensuring brand dominance.Your duties will include but not be limited to:reporting to the CEO and Chief of Staff + managing our national promotional calendarsecuring opportunities within time/budget constraintsbuilding retailer partnerships to maximise visibility & co-op opportunitiesadapting brand campaigns across retail and e-commerce platformsanalysing promotional performance and implementing data-driven improvementsmaintaining optimised retailer platforms and ad campaigns.What we're looking forFull Australian working rights essential3+ years FMCG trade/channel marketing experience (grocery experience = massive advantage)Commercial and strategy-oriented mindset essentialProficiency in data analysis and performance measurement toolsROI optimisation/promotional budget management expertiseAdaptability in fast-paced, high-growth business environmentsProven skills with negotiation & stakeholder relationship management.Apply NowReady to turn data into decisions that move markets?
