We're on the lookout for a savvy Performance Marketing Manager ready to drive growth and deliver real impact across our paid media activity.

Reporting to the GM – Marketing & Technology, you'll take the lead on our paid media strategy across both digital and traditional channels, working closely with our media agency and internal teams.
You'll use a mix of AI tools, creativity and data smarts to plan, execute and optimise campaigns that truly move the needle.We're after someone who's excited to drive outcomes, test new ideas, and get stuck into the data to see what's working – and what's not.In This Role, You'llLead and execute paid media strategies across digital and traditional platforms, working closely with our media agency and internal teamsUse AI tools for audience targeting, bidding strategies, creative testing, and campaign optimisationManage budgets and performance across search, social, display and emerging channels to deliver strong ROIAutomate, visualise and present performance insights using GA4, Meta Insights and AI-powered dashboardsCollaborate across creative, product and sales teams to ensure aligned messaging and campaign goalsKeep us ahead of the curve by exploring new platforms and championing data-led experimentationMentor junior marketers and help build a culture of curiosity, learning and resultsWhat You Bring To The Table5+ years of performance marketing experience, including strategy, execution and campaign optimisationStrong knowledge of key platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok etc.) and the tools that power performance marketingA sharp analytical mind with the ability to turn insights into action, and confidently present ideas to stakeholdersCollaborative approach and solid stakeholder engagement skills across multiple teamsBonus points if you've worked with media agencies, traditional media buying, or in the tourism/entertainment spaceThis is a great opportunity to take the reins on performance marketing for a major tourism and entertainment brand in a fast-paced and exciting environment.
