Kamikaze Energy is growing, and we're looking for a Marketing Manager to help lead the next phase of our brand growth.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who understands what it takes to build strong brand presence across community, retail and digital channels. Kamikaze is embedding itself in the world of motorsports, surf, music and gaming—this role is about taking that connection even further.

You'll manage and be supported by two marketing coordinators and work closely with both internal and external partners to bring campaigns and activations to life.

What You'll Be Doing

Community & Cultural Activations
Lead and coordinate our presence at events, ensuring the brand shows up with relevance and impact in motorsports, gaming, surf, and music environments.

Trade Marketing
Work closely with sales to develop and execute in-store and retail partner campaigns, including POS, merchandising and promotions.

Social & Content Planning
Oversee brand messaging and content strategy across social media. Guide the team to ensure the brand tone and identity are consistent and engaging.

Ambassador & Partnership Management
Manage relationships with key athletes, content creators and partners to grow awareness and foster community connection.

Campaign Execution & Team Leadership
Develop campaign timelines, manage budgets, and guide your team to ensure projects are delivered on time and on-brand.

What We're Looking For

Prior experience (4 years +) in a marketing role that includes event, brand or community activation.

Bachelor's degree in marketing or communications

Strong understanding of brand-building across both digital and physical environments.

Good planning and project management skills—someone who can lead from planning to execution. Execution is a must, can't just talk about it, everything is in the execution.

Comfortable being on the ground at events, working with teams and partners.

Ability to be the front person for the brand

Strong connection with one or more of our core cultural verticals is a plus.
