Marketing Communications Professional

As a Marketing Communications Professional, you will be responsible for supporting and reporting to the Portfolio Marketing & Communications Manager. Your key focus will be on delivering day-to-day marketing activities across all channels.

The role involves driving campaign execution, content creation, communications, and performance monitoring to achieve commercial outcomes, audience growth, and partner value. You will support integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, social, print, radio, TV, OOH, PR, and partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and coordination of marketing and event strategies.
  • Manage day-to-day execution and scheduling of marketing activities, content and communications.
  • Assist in planning the EDM and social media strategy, including audience segmentation, content creation, scheduling and performance tracking.
  • Lead the creation and scheduling of engaging, brand-aligned content across social media, websites, EDMs, and paid media platforms.
  • Draft and manage internal and external communications, including media releases, stakeholder updates, website content and briefing documents.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance in real time, providing weekly insights on results, spend and audience engagement.

Requirements:

  • Strong working knowledge of marketing and communications principles with practical experience in developing and coordinating marketing and event strategies.
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in an event marketing, public relations, and/or communications role.
  • Proficiency in presentation technology and digital communication tools.
  • Solid understanding of current marketing trends and channels, including PR, social media, digital, and omni-channel advertising campaigns.
  • Experience supporting the delivery of multi-channel marketing campaigns within a collaborative team environment.
