We are currently seeking a dynamic and strategic Manager - Organisational Capability to lead enterprise-wide people initiatives that build capability, enhance culture and support business growth. This is a key leadership role within our People & Culture team, reporting to the Chief People Officer with responsibility across talent acquisition, talent management, learning and development, leadership development, culture and workplace experience and inclusion.

**Responsibilities**
- Lead Adbri's talent acquisition strategy and team to attract and retain diverse, high-performing talent.
- Oversee the enterprise learning and development function and team, ensuring scalable and impactful training programs and organisational compliance.
- Partner with the business to lift leader capability through a range of interventions.
- Drive culture and engagement strategies, leveraging data to improve employee experience and organisational performance.
- Champion diversity, equity and inclusion, including delivery of Adbri's DEI strategy and Reconciliation Action Plan.
- Collaborate with senior leaders and CRH Group counterparts to align programs with business and global standards.

- Proven experience in organisational development.
- Broad People and Culture experience base
- Strategic mindset with strong execution skills
- Deep understanding of learning, leadership development and change management principles.
- Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and influencing skills.
- Experience in change management and strategic workforce design and planning.
- A passion for people, performance and purpose.
