Tell me about this role:
We are currently looking for security cleared Capability Development Managers to join our team on a permanent basis. We are looking for multi-skilled, flexible, hardworking people who are keen to grow their career with a leading Defence supplier. This opportunity will take you on a variety of Capability Development tasks including providing strategies and plans to enable defined and measurable outcomes in support of current and future capabilities.

What will I be doing day to day?
- Provide effective handover of all material, tasks, and products to the key stakeholders
- Assist in the management of the PMO deliverables including providing key documents and stakeholder engagement activities.
- Define the capability roadmap
- Strategise and analyse plans and schedules
- Assist in planning and resource mapping

What sort of skills do I need?
- Ability to lead and work in a dynamic and emerging project environment as an integral part of a small high performing team, and to bring an agile and innovative approach to the task
- Demonstrated knowledge of and experience in the development of defence documents in the Capability Life Cycle environment.
- Highly effective written and verbal communication skills
- Broad experience in the use of Defence ICT systems, including but not limited to; Objective, Microsoft Project/Visio, SharePoint, DRN, DSN (including UC), Open Plan Professional
- Highly developed teamwork and collaboration skills, including clearly demonstrated initiative and proactive behaviours
- Minimum Baseline security clearance and be able to upgrade to an NV1 clearance if required
