Full Time ongoing with ADO per month**

The Accounts Payable Officer is responsible for the end to end AP function across the group whilst providing quality services to internal and external stakeholders within a Financial Shared Services environment. This position reports to the Accounts Payable Manager in a high volume and fast paced accounts payable services environment.**Your New Role**:

- Timely and accurate processing of suppliers invoices using Oracle Financials within KPI's and Service Level agreements
- Reconciling complex suppliers accounts
- Responding to suppliers inquiries in a timely & efficient manner
- Maintaining the Vendor Masterfile and updates in conjunction with bank account compliance

**About You**:

- Knowledge of accounting systems in the PTP sphere with a minimum of 5 + years experience working with Oracle Financials (R12) ERP system
- Strong computer skills using Microsoft Office
- Able to operate in a fast paced environment and ability to meet tight deadlines
- Capacity to produce work of high quality and accuracy within KPI's
