**Job summary**

We are looking for a diligent person to join our Accounts Payable Team at our office located in Western Sydney (Mulgrave).

Working in Accounts Payable, you will support the Finance team by performing duties relating to general accounting, ensuring all accounts payable related targets and deadlines are met. The primary objective of this role is to ensure business transactions happen accurately and in a timely manner, to keep data and reporting tasks up to date and to ensure services are provided in an effective and efficient manner to customers and the finance team.

**Job details**

You will be working in our Accounts Payable team assisting in completing Accounts Payable processes including;
- Manage customer files and MYOB account set-ups
- Receiving, collating, and issuing of invoices to Project Managers
- Matching purchase orders to invoices
- Verifying the accuracy of invoices and other accounting documents or records.
- Classification and coding of invoices and Data Entry
- Collating invoices for sign-off by the Director
- Reconciling monthly invoices with statements
- Reconciling of Credit card statement
- Filing
- Archiving
- Answering phones and General administration duties
- Assisting the Accounts Team and CFO as required

To be successful in this role you will possess/provide;
- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role
- A certificate III in Business Administration or Accounts Administration preferred
- A basic knowledge of accounting processes
- A methodical and well organised person with a high attention to detail
- Intermediate level computer skills to complete administration tasks
- A basic knowledge of MYOB
- A car licence

**Experience**:

- Accounts payable: 3 years (preferred)
