**The opportunity**:
**Your day to day**:

- Coordinate and assist with the screening of applicants, preparation and booking of interviews
- Conduct interviews and be hands on as required
- Assist and support the pre employment process per the Recruitment policy
- Assist in coordinating Seasonal and Event recruitment timelines and facilitate Group Interview presentations as required
- Work closely with the Talent Acquisition Team to develop and implement recruitment strategies that align with the organisations goals and objectives.
- Analyse recruitment metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and develop proactive solutions
- Provide coaching and development to hiring managers to ensure best practice attraction, interview and selection techniques are implemented and maintained.

**What you'll bring**:

- Previous experience in a similar Talent Acquisition or Recruitment role
- Proven experience with high volume recruitment in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritise and meet deadlines
- Professional and friendly disposition with self organisation, problem solving & time management skills
- Demonstrated discretion and an ability to maintain confidentiality with a proven ability to work with business stakeholders
- Proven knowledge of Applicant Tracking System (PageUp preferred)
- Self-motivated and passionate about recruitment
