**Role Overview**:
Automotive Talent seeks a motivated and experienced **Service Advisor** to represent our client's service department. This key role involves customers' primary contact, ensuring they receive a seamless and satisfying service experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers and schedule service appointments.
- Provide comprehensive explanations about service work, pricing, and time estimates.
- Offer advice on warranty protections and additional service options.
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure services are completed on time.
- Maintain customer service records and conduct follow-ups to gauge satisfaction.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues with professionalism.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry, with a preference for those familiar with luxury brands.
- Strong knowledge of automotive service processes and terminology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
