**Talent Acquisition Advisor**

**About the role**:
**Duties**:

- Manage and coordinate the recruitment across the Theme Parks, ensuring positions are filled in a timely manner
- Coordinate and assist with the screening of applicants, preparation and booking of interviews
- Conduct interviews and be hands on as required
- Assist and support the pre employment process per the Recruitment policy
- Co-ordinate Seasonal and Event recruitment timelines and facilitate Group Interview presentations and auditions as required

**Skills and Experience**:

- Previous experience in a similar Talent Acquisition or Recruitment role
- Proven experience managing high volume recruitment in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritise and meet deadlines
- Professional and friendly disposition with self organisation, problem solving & time management skills
- Demonstrated discretion and an ability to maintain confidentiality with a proven ability to work with business stakeholders
- Proven knowledge of Applicant Tracking System (PageUp preferred)
