Talent Acquisition Expert

We are seeking a seasoned talent acquisition professional to contribute their expertise to impactful projects with our esteemed clients across the MENA region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and source qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
  • Build and maintain a comprehensive database of potential candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  • Develop and nurture strategic talent pipelines for critical and recurring roles.
  • Utilize innovative sourcing techniques, such as Boolean searches, to locate passive candidates.
  • Present qualified candidates to the recruitment team for further evaluation.
  • Collaborate with recruiters to understand role requirements and sourcing priorities.
  • Provide actionable insights on market trends, candidate availability, and competitive hiring practices.
  • Promote the organization as an employer of choice by sharing compelling content and engaging with candidates on social platforms.
  • Analyze sourcing data to identify areas for improvement and refine strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a related field.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, including Boolean searches and talent mapping.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with global sourcing strategies and cultural considerations.
