**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify individual strengths, needs, and goals
- Develop and implement person-centered behavior support plans (PBSP) in collaboration with the participant, their support network, and other professionals
- Provide training and support to participants, families, and support workers on implementing behavior support strategies
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of behavior support plans, making adjustments as necessary
- Collaborate with other professionals, such as psychologists and counselors, to provide holistic support to participants
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation and records
- Adhere to ethical and professional standards at all times
- Contribute to the overall success of the organization by actively participating in team meetings and professional development opportunities

**Requirements**:

- NDIA registration is mandatory
- Proven experience in writing and implementing behavior support plans (PBSP)
- Experience working with individuals with complex behaviors is essential
- Strong understanding of behavior analysis principles and evidence-based practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with participants, families, support workers, and other professionals
- A compassionate and empathetic approach to supporting individuals in crisis
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Willingness to travel as required (travel expenses will be paid)
