The Role:

We are looking for a BCBA, CBA or working towards. The GREAT NEWS is we have a team of CBA/BCBA professionals, allowing those who are working towards their certification to achieve this while working with us.

If you are certified already GREAT You will be working with other certified Behaviour Analysts with the opportunity to support, supervise, and manage your own team of Behaviour Practitioners.

This organisation is growing, which means we are also looking for a Practice Leader, so if you have over 6 years of experience as a BCBA, you should consider exploring this.

This mix of clinic, community, and school visits allows you to structure your week and provides flexibility.

The programs provided here are of the highest standard, providing hope and relief for families and children. The reputation here is OUTSTANDING.

The clinic is based in Mt Gravatt. The community work will be within your local area, no more than 30 minutes of travel. You will only need to travel to the clinic when required.

Role Requirements:

• Masters Degree in relevant field.
• BCBA/CBA or working toward certification.
• Hands-on experience delivering and supervising evidence-based/ABA programs for children with ASD.
• Experience supporting families.
• A Heart for Children.
• Salary Package 90k - 120k per year + 20k per year for every extra hour worked.
• BCBA - 4 Billable hours per day + $110 p/h for ever hour achieved above this.
• 6 Weeks Annual Leave.

• Practice Leader - 2.5 Billable hours per day + $110 p/hour achieved above this.
