**The Opportunity**

An excellent opportunity is available for engaging and friendly Cellar Door Attendants to join our passionate team.

A multi-faceted and hands on role, to be successful you will be a wine enthusiast and need to have:

- A genuine passion for wine, food and hospitality
- Attention to detail
- A curious mind, that loves to learn
- Outstanding personal presentation
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Appreciation of wine with an interest to learn more
- Outgoing, friendly personality
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays (no nights, woohoo)

**Your days will involve**:

- Sharing the stories of Coldstream Hills wines and the Yarra Valley with visitors
- Building your knowledge and understanding of our wines
- Delivering an outstanding customer experience, with an unwavering focus on sales within our cellar door

**Skills/Experience**:

- Experience working in a cellar door, the wine industry, hospitality or in retail
- RSA
- High level communication skills
- Strong work ethic, customer service skills and storytelling ability
- A 'can do' attitude
- Attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
