**Description**:
**About the Role**:
As our next Cellar Door Manager, your main goals will centre around the continual improvement of wine experience at Innocent Bystander to deliver on brand expectations through all areas of the venue.

**Your key accountabilities are**:
Delivery of wine experience at IBHQ to brand standards
Delivering and facilitating wine training and development of cellar door and total IBHQ team
Sales and Revenue growth of retail wine at IBHQ
Assisting in venue marketing and promotion

- A sense of fun
- A passion for, and knowledge of, all things wine and the drive to share that passion, knowledge, and experience with a diverse team
- The ability to deliver an "Amazing Customer Experience" by ensuring you and your team understand the delivery and service standards
- Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks and responsibilities
- You take pride in your appearance as a reflection of the brand you work for and you always wear a smile
- A passion for food and wine
- Existing knowledge of, or desire to understand, the Yarra Valley region and its offering (living locally is advantageous)
- Available to work on weekends & public holidays
- Current Responsible Service of Alcohol Certification
