**The ideal applicant will be able to demonstrate the following**:
Proven experience in leading technical teams and projects, particularly in the healthcare or clinical quality registry domain.
Strong conceptual, analytical, and problem-solving skills to address complex technical challenges.
Ability to develop effective solutions and strategies to improve registry performance and data quality.

Ability to initiate and oversee the documentation of all changes to artifacts throughout the product lifecycle and store them in designated repositories.
