As a key member of our Managed Services team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional technical application support.

About the Role
  • Perform incident management, problem management, and change management processes to resolve technical issues.
  • Understand clients' business needs and specific requirements, and monitor, operate, and optimise their GIS Solutions.
  • Help clients create value by identifying, understanding, and articulating solutions for issues using relevant technical expertise including ArcGIS Enterprise and other related ArcGIS technologies.
  • Maintain a knowledge base of the client environment, supported customisations, and common issues, ensuring documentation is accurate and high quality.
  • Support the post-incident review process, identifying root causes and fixes/preventions for high-priority incidents.
  • Provide rostered on-call support as requested.
  • Work outside normal office hours as needed to complete system maintenance.
About You
  • You are a proactive and detail-oriented Application Support professional with a strong background in IT systems and application troubleshooting.
  • You thrive in collaborative environments and are committed to delivering high-quality support services.
  • To be successful, you will need:
    • Solid Level 2 IT support background, including experience managing servers, troubleshooting issues, systems monitoring, and basic networking knowledge.
    • Demonstrated problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
    • Root cause analysis for system outages or performance issues.
    • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
    • Preferred experience using geospatial technologies, in particular ArcGIS for Enterprise and related ArcGIS technologies.
    • Knowledge and experience using AWS or Azure is desirable.
    • Knowledge and skills in geo-databases and RDS instances are desirable.
