About the role

The Technical Applications Portfolio Lead is part of a team responsible for the support and maintenance of Brisbane Airport's IT applications and software-based services using contemporary Applications Management frameworks.

Key deliverables include working with application owners and vendors to ensure applications deliver and/or support business outcomes and are technically fit. This includes delivery of activities related to application lifecycle management, change management (technical and process), risk management, application onboarding/offboarding and technical ICT support of COTS and SaaS-based applications.

About you

You will have several years of relevant experience in IT support roles and ideally have a relevant tertiary qualification. With experience managing projects of various sizes and complexity with different business units on an enterprise level, you will be familiar with SQL databases, Windows Server and IT networking principles. We are seeking a motivated individual who is capable of building and maintaining productive relationships with a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders. • Support and maintenance of IT applications and software-based services using contemporary applications management frameworks.

• Provide technical ICT support for COTS and SaaS-based applications.

• Several years of relevant experience in IT support roles.
• Relevant tertiary qualification preferred.
• Experience managing projects of varying sizes and complexity with different business units at an enterprise level.
• Familiarity with SQL databases, Windows Server and IT networking principles.
• Ability to build and maintain productive relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
