THE OPPORTUNITY

Bimbadgen is seeking enthusiastic, motivated team members who will offer exceptional customer service and leave a lasting impression on our guests.

Reporting to the Cellar Door Manager, the Cellar Door Customer Service team are responsible for assisting in the running of Bimbadgen Cellar Door and Bimbadgen Wood Fired Pizzeria with a focus on providing engaging customer service across these areas.

**Key responsibilities include**:
Conducting wine tastings whilst always promoting responsible service of alcohol
Taking & delivering orders for our Cellar Door and Pizzeria Menus
Responsibility for the delivery of prompt and courteous service to our guests
Assisting in growth of club memberships
Maintaining stock levels in the cellar door
Assist with wine club sales, promotions and packing of orders
Opening and closing of the Cellar Door and Pizzeria

A current RSA (or to be obtained prior to start)
Fun and Friendly attitude towards customer service
A warm and bubbly personality
Wine knowledge and/or appreciation highly desired, but a keen interest is a must
Availability to work weekend & some evening shifts
Own transport essential
