Overview
Position: Advertising/Brand Manager
Salary: $90,000 per annum plus 12% superannuation
Mode: Full-time
Hours: 38
Location: S120, Sunnybank Plaza, Cnr Mains Road & McCullough St, Sunnybank, QLD 4109
Experience required: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
The candidate in mind will be expected to perform the following duties that include but are not limited to:
Responsibilities
Advertising Strategy Development
Plan, organize, direct, control, and coordinate all advertising activities for the company and its franchise stores.
Develop and implement comprehensive advertising strategies to meet business objectives across all platforms, including digital, print, and social media.
Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to optimize advertising campaigns and identify opportunities for growth.
Campaign Management
Design, execute, and monitor advertising campaigns for each franchise store, ensuring they align with the overall brand strategy.
Create and manage budgets for advertising campaigns, ensuring cost-effectiveness and maximum ROI.
Track and analyze campaign performance using metrics such as ROI, conversion rates, and customer engagement to refine strategies and improve results.
Creative Development
Collaborate with the creative team to produce compelling ad creatives, including visual designs, copywriting, and multimedia content.
Oversee the design and production of ads for various platforms, including websites, social media, email marketing, print, and other media outlets.
Ensure all advertising materials adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent brand voice and image.
Website and Social Media Management
Assist franchise stores with website design and development, ensuring a user-friendly and visually appealing online presence.
Design and optimize social media profiles and content to enhance engagement and brand awareness across all platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
Implement SEO strategies to improve website traffic and visibility on search engines.
Coordination and Collaboration
Work closely with franchise store owners to understand their unique advertising needs and tailor campaigns accordingly.
Coordinate with external vendors and agencies for specialized services such as media buying, video production, and graphic design.
Liaise with other departments (e.g., Sales, Product, Customer Service) to ensure alignment of advertising efforts with overall business goals.
Market Research and Analysis
Conduct market research to identify target audiences, consumer behavior, and emerging trends.
Analyze data and feedback from advertising campaigns to continuously improve strategies and tactics.
Prepare and present regular reports on advertising performance, insights, and recommendations to senior management.
Budgeting and Financial Management
Develop and manage advertising budgets for both corporate and franchise stores, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
Monitor spending to ensure campaigns are within budget and achieving desired financial outcomes.
Provide forecasts and financial reports related to advertising expenditures and results.
Training and Development
Train and support franchise store managers and staff on best practices in advertising, including digital marketing, social media, and design tools.
Stay updated on the latest advertising trends, tools, and technologies, and provide continuous learning opportunities for the team.
Compliance and Quality Assurance
Ensure all advertising materials comply with legal regulations and industry standards.
Monitor and enforce quality standards for all advertising outputs, ensuring high levels of accuracy, professionalism, and creativity.
Crisis Management
Manage and resolve any issues that arise from advertising activities, including negative feedback, PR crises, or campaign failures.
Develop contingency plans to address potential risks and ensure a swift and effective response to challenges.
Qualifications
Hold a minimum advanced diploma in advertising, marketing, business, etc.
Other Skills & Requirements
Possess a minimum 5 years of experience as Advertising, Marketing or Brand Manager
Must have the ability to communicate in English, Chinese Mandarin and Cantonese.
Speaking other Asian languages, such as Japanese, Korean, will be considered an added advantage.
Experience in the E-commerce industry is a must.
Skilled in social media platforms, such as Xiaohongshu, WeChat, Facebook, Tik Tok, SEO/SEM, data analytics.
Strong organisational and communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills; a team player, positive and innovative thinker.
Extremely detailed orientated with exceptional communication, proofing and reviewing skills.
Exceptional creativity and attention to detail.
