Responsibilities
Participate in your own daily development and training
Use your advertising, managerial and communication skills to engage with individuals (full training provided)
Manage and place ads on social media platforms to generate interest
Guide applicants through a structured discovery process to assess alignment
Work independently while being part of a supportive, growth-driven team
Ideal Candidate
Strong communicator and marketer – you enjoy inspiring and guiding others
Passionate about your own development & leading others.
Self-motivated and adaptable – eager to learn new skills
A positive, proactive attitude – we provide full training and support
At least 6 years of professional experience (advertising, marketing, mentoring, or leadership preferred)
