Advertising and Brand Manager Role

This role involves overseeing all advertising activities for the company, developing comprehensive strategies to meet business objectives across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and coordinate all advertising activities for the company and its franchise stores.
  • Create and implement advertising strategies to optimize campaigns and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Design, execute, and monitor advertising campaigns for each franchise store.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to produce compelling ad creatives.
  • Manage the design and production of ads for various platforms.
  • Support franchise stores with website development and design.
  • Design and optimize social media profiles and content.
  • Implement SEO strategies to improve website traffic and visibility on search engines.
  • Work closely with franchise store owners to understand their unique advertising needs.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and agencies for specialized services.
  • Analyze data and feedback from advertising campaigns to continuously improve strategies and tactics.

Qualifications:

  • Hold a minimum advanced diploma in advertising, marketing, business, etc.
  • Possess a minimum 5 years of experience as Advertising, Marketing or Brand Manager.
  • Must have the ability to communicate fluently in English.
  • Skilled in social media platforms, such as Facebook, TikTok; SEO/SEM; data analytics.

  • Experience in the E-commerce industry is mandatory.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills; a team player, positive and innovative thinker.
  • Exceptional creativity and attention to detail.
