A Bit About the Role:

  • Scale business globally and drive forward strategic projects.
  • Support the co-founder/Chief Technology Officer and Chief Commercial Officer.
  • Help scale an increasingly complex product/engineering/design and GTM function.

Effective execution will directly impact Immutable becoming the #1 web3 gaming ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead strategic cross-functional projects.
  • Manage leadership operations - maximise effectiveness of Product and GTM Exec team.
  • Drive rhythms and craft content that circulates up to the board level.
  • Help strategise and enact change across multiple teams.
  • Improve communication across platform leadership and to the rest of the company.
  • Work with PED and GTM functions to develop customer-centric features and improvements.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of work experience in high-performing environments.
  • Strategic product thinker with input and visibility into important product decisions.
  • Experience working with Product Managers & Engineers, leading initiatives that support their departments.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives between GTM and PED teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with data analysis and visualisation tools.
