Leadership Role
We are seeking adaptable and visionary leaders with exceptional leadership, interpersonal skills, sound judgment, customer focus and the ability to inspire trust. These individuals will play a crucial role in driving the agency's success and contributing to its ongoing transformation.
Reporting directly to a General Manager, you will contribute to the agency's continued growth and provide high-level advice to the Chief Executive Officer and Minister.
The ideal candidate will be driven to continuously learn, innovate and achieve outcomes in a dynamic, fast-paced and challenging environment.
The successful applicant will lead strategy, program management, service design, corporate and service delivery teams, and will be responsible for making significant contributions to the agency's goals and objectives.

- Develop and implement effective strategies to achieve organizational goals.
