Overview
As a Dispute Resolution Specialist, you will work within a centre of excellence for complaint resolution, delivering fair and timely outcomes for complainants, adhering to RG271 guidelines.
You will be responsible for the end-to-end complaint handling process for the Trustee office overseeing simple and complex superannuation complaints, and you will influence change to deliver a better experience for members while providing meaningful insights to identify, manage and prevent complaints.
Responsibilities
Deliver fair and timely outcomes for complainants under RG271 guidelines.
Manage end-to-end complaint handling for the Trustee office, overseeing simple and complex superannuation complaints.
Identify trends and insights to improve member experience and prevent complaints.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to influence process improvements.
Qualifications
3 years or more experience in the financial services dispute resolution domain – essential.
Superannuation experience – highly desirable.
A strong customer focus, with demonstrated experience of being in a customer-facing role.
Exceptional negotiation skills.
Ability to take ownership of your caseload and apply effective decision-making skills.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively.
Good commercial acumen.
Someone who can thrive in a fast-paced environment.
The ability to demonstrate resilience and tenacity.
