**About the role**

To support our success we are looking for a Workplace Concierge to join the People & Culture team based in Brisbane.

As a Workplace Concierge, you will play an integral role in creating and maintaining a desirable workplace. You will deliver excellent customer service to our employees, supporting their needs to make their employee experience seamless. This will include greeting employees, providing assistance and problem solving any issues.

This role is available as a **12 month full-time max-term/ secondment opportunity**.

**About you**

- Previous experience in a similar role and excellent customer service skills in pursuit to help others and create good experiences.
- Demonstrates empathy and ability to build trust through connection and understanding.
- Able to demonstrate a service mindset with a focus on creating a great experience in every interaction.
- Ability to multi-task and experience in working in fast-paced environments.
- Deals well with stressful situations and can easily identify priorities.
- Ability to work autonomously and follow instructions and help with various tasks in a supportive environment.
- Strong administration skills and digitally savvy.
- Strong time management and verbal communication skills coupled with a high attention to detail.
- An open and enthusiastic manner with a commitment to maintaining positive and effective relationships.
- Appropriate level of fitness and strength for manual lifting - energetic role.
