**About the Role**

GSK is seeking a highly skilled and motivated **Patient Pathway Development - Brand Manager** to join us. Reporting to the Marketing Manager (Haematology); this newly created role will be responsible for identifying and developing the optimal care pathway for patients being treated for Multiple Myeloma.

**Your role will be varied and will include**:

- Develop and implement patient support programs to improve patient outcomes
- Create and execute strategic plans for patient care, including identifying key ophthalmic and optical partnerships
- Establish a deep understanding of the eye care pathway in hospitals and key accounts, through interactions with KeyEE, Heads of departments, Pharmacists, Market Research & Marketing Insights
- Develop and implement an in-care optical program to ensure the appropriate use of treatment and develop solutions to improve patient care
- Utilise strong business acumen to drive program success and ensure alignment with GSK's goals
- Gather and analyse actionable insights to inform strategy and program development
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate patient pathway strategies into broader organisational objective to ensure a successful launch

**About you**

To be successful in the role, you will have a significant background in marketing within the oncology or ophthalmology therapeutic areas. You will have a strong understanding of the eye care pathway in hospitals and key accounts.

You will also:

- Hold a Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare or a related field. Advanced degree preferred
- Have demonstrable launch experience
- Have extensive Project Management experience in developing and leading access programs
- Possess strong business acumen and analytical skills
- Be knowledgeable about the pharmaceutical industry, including competitors and market trends
