Job Title: Clinical Operations Manager - Patient Pathway Development

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Operations Manager to lead the development and implementation of patient pathways for Multiple Myeloma treatment. The successful candidate will have a background in marketing within oncology or ophthalmology therapeutic areas, with strong business acumen and analytical skills.

  • Developing and implementing patient support programs to improve patient outcomes
  • Creating strategic plans for patient care, including identifying key partnerships
  • Establishing a deep understanding of the eye care pathway in hospitals and key accounts through interactions with healthcare professionals
  • Implementing in-care optical programs to ensure appropriate treatment use and develop solutions to improve patient care
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate patient pathway strategies into organisational objectives
