Based in our Sydney Head Office, this is a broad support role that will give you exposure to a wide range of generalist duties that will support the Retail Operations and other department heads.

Some day to day duties include;
- Front of house duties such as greeting all visitors and managing courier bookings
- Support Retail Operations with distribution of store equipment and supplies - including all maintenance for our stores
- Arranging and administering sale stickers, satchels, etc. to ensure they are on hand to send to retail stores as required
- Ensure all meeting spaces, tools and equipment are fully operational, functional and neat and tidy at all times
- Manage, co-ordinate and oversee all office equipment and supplies
- Liaise between Building management and office regarding building matters
- Support management team with office social events and key initiatives
- Coordinate catering for internal office meetings as requested
- Concur reporting for relevant department heads
- Assist Marketing team with Studio organisation
- Other adhoc projects for department heads
