About This Role

We are seeking a highly organized and skilled Administration Assistant to support our retail operations.

The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business, providing administrative support to senior leaders, stores, and operational teams.

Key responsibilities include managing sales relationships, supporting daily tasks, creating reports, processing invoices, and reconciling financial accounts.

Requirements for this position include formal qualifications in a relevant discipline, strong organizational skills, intermediate MS Office skills, and excellent communication skills. Experience in retail is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain business-to-business sales relationships

  • Create comprehensive reports and presentations
  • Process financial transactions accurately
  • Reconcile financial accounts and campaigns
Requirements:
