We are looking for a Retail Operations Administrator to join our dynamic team.

Are you operationally focused with a background in retail? Our Retail Operations team needs an energetic and detail-oriented individual who works proactively. Reporting to the Retail Director, you'll play a key role in driving efficient process to optimize performance across all key areas of the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and drive effective processes around banking, reconciliation, and discrepancies
  • Data analysis of potential risk and loss reporting, resulting action planning and positive outcomes
  • Effective communication of all operational matters with relation to promotional activity and inductions
  • Track and escalate where necessary IT and Facilities issues

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • Strategic outlook to streamline process and efficiencies
  • A detail-driven mindset, able to identify trends in data
  • A proven track record of strong stakeholder management and interdepartmental relationships
  • Ability to execute and coach standard operating procedures with success
  • Experience in managing change in a multi-site environment
