Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Operations Coordinator to join our team. As a Central Operations Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our retail and food operations.

You will be responsible for providing administrative support to our store teams and support office teams, including management of workloads, communication with internal stakeholders, and maintenance of central workload planning tools.

In this role, you will also be required to provide stores with merchandise updates, collate feedback, and attend meetings for business change. You will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to store teams and support office teams
  • Manage workloads and maintain central workload planning tools
  • Communicate with internal stakeholders and provide stores with merchandise updates
  • Collate feedback and attend meetings for business change
  • Ensure stores have the correct requisites for operation
  • Manage stationery ordering and approval
  • Control and manage Intranet content
Requirements
  • Strong administration experience within retail environment
  • Intermediate understanding of Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Ability to extract and interpret data relating to staff costs
  • Results-driven attitude
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
